Tony Mylchreest has worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years. He spent 19 years with the CHE group, now re-named the Real Hotel Company.
The last 9 years with the company were spent as an Operations Director with responsibility for a large portfolio of owned, managed and franchised hotels mainly in the Midlands area.

Whilst with CHE, Tony opened 2 new Hotels as a General Manager and oversaw the development of a number of Sleep Inns. As the first UK hotelier to achieve the Investors In People award, Tony has a strong focus on developing businesses and people to the benefit of all involved.

Tony is a Fellow of the Hospitality Institute, he trained with Centre Hotels and spent time in management positions in a number of properties including Trusthouse Forte, Crest Hotels and privately owned resort hotels.
